St. Martin's Island
Introduction:
Hi I am Farid and come from Bangladesh. In Bangladesh
there have a lot of interesting and historical place. The most popular places are: Cox’s Bazaar,
The Suburbans, Saint Martin, Rangamati, Chittagong Ship Breaking Yard, Bandar
ban, Sompura Mahavira, Bagerhat, Sonargaon, Sylhet etc. All of them are very interesting
place in Bangladesh. But my favorite destination is Saint Martin island. Now I
describe about it.
Area:
St. Martin's Island is a small island
(area only 36 km2) in the northeaster part of the Bay of Bengal, about 9 km south of the tip of the Cox's Bazar-Tekna peninsula,
and forming the southernmost part of Bangladesh. There is a small adjoining island that is separated at high
tide, called Cheri Dip. It is about 8 kilometres (5 miles) west of the northwest
coast of Myanmar, at the mouth of the Nave River.
Beauty of Saint Martin:
Blue of the sky and blue of the sea there are
mixed together, the boat tied on the shore, the rows of aesthetic coconut tree
and the soft touch of the gentle breeze in the waves, it is a small effort to
describe the beauty of St. Martin's Coral Island in Bangladesh.
St. Martin's
unique vacation center for people with knowledge of the sand, stone, coral or
biodiversity and travel pythons In the clear waters, jelly fishes, all kinds of
marine fish, turtles, coral world has become a living lessons of the mysteries
of St. Martin and its adjacent areas.
It is the only coral island of
Bangladesh. Saint Martin, a small island in the sea bust, about 120 kilometers
away from Cox's Bazaar district. Just water and water all around. The area is 17
square kilometers. overall, the nature of St. Martin is very attractive.
